Could Soundwave function as a garbage truck?

There has yet to be a garbage truck in the Transformers series, which is surprising given the vehicle's popularity with children.
Given that a movie Soundwave in the sequel would require something to fire cassettes out of and mass shifting is unfeasible, would a garbage truck not be a viable option?

Hmmm... brilliant! He can specialise in going through other Transformer's trash to find dirt on them. I'm liking where this is going...

Dont like the idea of soundwave in that guise for one reason it couldnt be blue and generally ive allways associated soundwave with hi-tec surveilence.

Anyone remember that Blackbird type jet that the Cobras had in GI Joe? It had a smaller jet that piggy backed on it.
It made me think, maybe Soundwave could be a Blackbird type jet or some other suitable style survaillance plane that released unmanned drones that could collect info and survaillance. Those unmanned drones could, in return, transform to Rumble, Laserbeak, Ratbat, Ravage, etc. Plus the jet would have to be a dark color. If they did a red canopy it would look a little like Soundblaster.

some one on superherohype.com posted a pick of a old soundwave design for the movie. i dont know if the pic was real or a really well done fan art but in it soundwave was a military radar truck, and ravage was his extra tire it was very kewl. i would get the link but their forums are down for a while.

Hope that design gets used somewhere. (Heroes maybe?) That is a thing of beauty. Thanks for posting those, I'd never seen them.

Wow, I really like all of those head designs. I couldn't choose which one looked best to me. That is some very neat artwork there.

Um, what would Soundwave make of all of this? Surely he'd have something to say considering that he'd be full of trash and be forced to have sweaty, overweight men with body odour issues sitting inside him.
Soundwave Superior, Crispy creme donut packaging inferior...

He didn't seem to mind sweaty, overweight men with body odour issues sitting inside him on Robot Chicken when he got a new job at the carnival were his new alt mode is a portable crapper.
