This is out of curiosity. Does anyone know what the MP Megs instruction booklet means in english, or know a website that translated it.

In English, in basic everyday English for your basic everyday English speaking person, it means "Good luck".

You could also read this into it, "Takara is proud to present an hour and a half of your life you'll never get back".

:)

Sounds pretty close to me :P

Another translation mentioned something about 'goodbye to fingernails'.

I'm also proud to be the first person to pull off the heads of all the MP figures I own!

I do try. S'not my fault that the figure's heads popped off so easily. At least Megatron's was a heck of a lot easier than replacing Starscreams. I swear I've still got the print of Starscreams' smirk on my thumb. The cheeky bastard! :D

Well, I did not have any serious problems with Megs yet, the most of my problem was the arm coming off the screw connecting it the thingy that connects the arm to the body, I resolved this problem by gluing the screw in, it worked. Another problem is getting it to pose with that huge cannon of his. otherwise, I don't regret getting him.

How long do you think it takes me to transform him? I'll be back with the answer.

I'd like to know what the 'takaratomyfans.com' bit of paper says - also, are those robot points on the flap of the box??

Exactly, why use tweezers when a bloody great hammer will do?

The only two tools a man needs is a hammer and a screwdriver. If you can't get the job done with those then its not worth bothering with.

I wouldn't recommend transforming him to the gun, as sad as that sounds. I was very cautious with mine, transformed him back into robot mode, and he is the floppiest transformer I've ever owned. Add that heavy gunbarrel on top of it and he can no longer stand on his own. The gun arm keeps falling off for me too.

That's strange, I had no problems with mine. Have you locked those clips on Megatrons' knees as they could leave him unstable.

The ratchet joints on mine are fine too - depending where you bought yours, you could return it and ask for a replacement.

His knees are fine - it's the whole midsection area that keeps popping loose from its groove, the gun arm won't stay on the screw, even if I screw it back very tighty. I get a nice, solid connection for a couple of minutes and then the arm falls off again.

Send it back to where you purchased it from - I'm sure that you'd get a replacement as there's a few things wrong with your figure.

Don't forget the swearing. Swearing always makes things fit together (well after hitting them lots with a hammer)!

I always find throwing it in the corner and having a good strop are very productive ways of getting it done too.
