GI JOE and Star Wars brand toys have them. And with the franchise's second movie coming out, HASBRO sees a need to connect with the community of this ever growing franchise, and allow fans to reach out to them and ask questions about upcoming TRANSFORMERS brand products.

We have been invited to be one of the websites that can contribute questions to the very top of HASBRO's TRANSFORMERS brand designers and staff about our beloved robot toy's future. This will be done bi-monthly, and answers should be returned within a week's time frame.

*There are some rules to submitting the questions:

1.) Straightforward.

2.) No multi-part questions.

3.) Not all questions will get answered or even officially asked.

4.) Appropriate and important, timely to the brand.

5.) Do not turn this into a criticism of each other's questions or HASBRO, in general. However, if information is already known--and you know it has been answered and have a source-- that would be an acceptable response so as not to have wasted questions.

(Examples of how this works, the type of questions to ask, and types of responses we will get can be seen here, and here.)

We may not submit more than 5 questions, and they should have priority rankings (staff will choose and prioritize).

First round of questions will be submitted by a staff member on October 6th.

This is an awesome opportunity to ask questions that you have wanted answered. This privilege also speaks highly of our community and the important ideas we share daily.

At the date of submission, you will be informed of the questions chosen, and then when/if they are answered the news will be shared with our community.

So please, start typing your serious TRANSFORMERS toy questions...

1) What is the likelyhood of seeing a TF:Animated character receive a new mold for the Universe/Classics line and vice versa? Characters like Blitzwing or Swindle come to mind.

2) What will happen to the production volume of the Universe and Animated lines once the Revenge of The Fallen Toys hit the market, will they continue at current strength or will they tone down numbers to promote the movie line like last time?

3) How does the eventual release of the new line of Movie figures impact the 25th anniversary line of figures?

4) Will we see Supreme-class figures for either Animated or Universe lines such as City-formers or certain Guardian Robots?

5) How has the current market situation, such as high fuel prices and the recent Wall Street market crash affected Hasbro's ability to produce quality figures?

6) What measures has Hasbro taken regarding the various quality concerns raised about some figures such as sticky paint, sloppy paint applications, assembly issues and so on.

2) Any chance at all of a repaint of Cybertron Hardtop into Beachcomber?

3) Could Hasbro UK start letting people in the UK know which items will and won't be sold in the UK? This would be a massive help in knowing whether to import items or not.

4) Why has the price of Transformers Universe Deluxes in the UK gone up to £12.99 whilst the price of Transformers Animated Deluxes has remained £9.99?

I have a couple to repeat because I think they are really good:

1) How many more uses of the classics seekers mold will we see in the Universe Line?

2) How many more waves can we expect in the Universe Line?

And here's a new one:

3) Dinosaurs and bugs seem to be popular with kids of every generation. Is it possible that we could see new molds for Dinobots and Insecticons in the Universe Line?

1. Since Starscream is getting another deluxe figure in Universe, closely resembling his Henkei counterpart, is there any chance the Botcon seekers from 2007 can be released in a similar fashion as long as they differ from the exclusives?

2. Will the Animated line see any more Starscream clone figures in the Voyager scale?

3. Will Ultra class figures be part of any other line besides Universe?

4. Is there any chance of the Transtech line getting revived in any shape? (comic, toys, etc.)

1. it looks like the new universe line has some idw aspects to it. will there ever be human figures with small articulation made for the universe line. maybe 4 pts of articulation and 1.5 inch figures?

2. why is it taking so long for a transformers gijoe crossover. The gijoe transformers series is so great. why not make mini figures of the gijoes (1.5 inch or 2 inch) that fit within the transformers?

3. Now with the 25th anniversary line. Can we please get a spike and daniel in the exo suit from transformers the movie. They can go in and out of the suit (with articulation) and the suits can transform. Pleaseeeeee. :)

Will we see these Generation 1 Classics in the near future? (Because I sure would. )

    Thrust
    Breakdown
    Dead-End
    Skullcruncher
    Snapdragon
    Trailbreaker
    Red Alert
    Triggerhappy
    Slugslinger
    Misfire
    Motormaster
The rest of the Dinobots and the Aeriobots
    The Constructicons
    The Terrorcons
    The Technobots
    The Seacons

Will we see in the future transforming battlestation / bases? (I.e. Trypticon, Metroplex, Fortress Maximus, and Zarak Scorponok.)

And finally: What's so great about being DON MURPHEY'S STOO~GE? (Just kidding.)

1. Quite some time ago there was mention of after the Movie had been completed the Alternators line starting again. After the re-emergence of Binaltech toys in Japan is there any chance of seeing any new Alternators or is this line officially finished?

2. In the UK the recent Micromaster and Legend classes have proved to be popular, and remain in the top of sales charts. Beyond the already mentioned figures is there going to be any more unique molds in this size class?

3. When the second movie comes out will we see many re-releases of current movie line figures?

4. With the on-line popularity of the fan made Ultra Magnus Classics Armour/Trailer set is there any chance of Hasbro doing something similar in future?

Of all the Transformers that have come out, I think I stand for the general public that we all love the dinobots. Why is it that Hasbro does not reissue/remold/remake/reintroduce these bots all at once instead of sets of 1 or 3. We'd like to see Sludge, Swoop, Snarl, Slag, and Grimlock brought back all at once at some point and we are patiently awaiting issuance. Bring em all back for Animated or even in the Universe line. They are already loved.

First of all great job guys, keep it up.

1) I think this has been stated multiple times but that just proves how much we want it, is there any chance of figures being made from the IDW comics continuity such as a Nova/Nemesis Prime?

2) Will we continue to see more G1 characters pop up in the Classics/Universe line? If so will we eventually get to those characters that don't get the treatment that often such as combiner groups like the Terrorcons and Technobots?

3) Will the Insecticons ever make appearances again? Animated or Universe?
