Strange. I don't have a email from them, but it says my preorder is processing. When will I know when I can ship it with my loot?

They're just processing your credit card payment, expect an email within the next few hours. They are probably sorting through a lot of CC Armour preorders.

Mine is still showing as a preorder, hopefully it will start processing by tomorrow so I can submit my loots ship request.

Same here, finally I can ship my loot after stacking up many new goodies in the pile, this is gonna be an awesome birthday present for me. Quick process my order so I can click the "SHIP MY LOOT NOW!" button.

whoops. I did a quick scan before posting a new topic and must have missed this. I would have thought this would have been mentioned on the front page by now. Any way, cant wait to get this set. I have been keeping a space clear on my shelf for it.

I'm starting to get annoyed now. It's been processing for a couple days. There's no excuse for this to be taking this long.

If they screw up my order when I ship my loot I'm going to be pissed off.

Well, I would wait till I see it in there and have gotten the e-mail, if I were you. I know I am. As soon as City Commander is in there, click, shipped!

Honestly, I don't know why most are getting their panties in a bunch. If you pre-ordered it, you're gonna get it. It's not like the price is gonna raise on any of us. We're all gonna get it. I don't understand why the impatience. There's no difference in him coming in today or next week or the week after...unless you're dying, then yeah, you'd probably want him now. Other then that, I'm just stoked that Magnus won't be nekkid.

I order from them a lot.

Everything is taking longer now with their process. I understand they're probably busier than they have ever been, but still I'm a very demanding consumer and I notice even small stuff.

It used to be that orders were in stock and filled, paid, and could be shipped on pretty much the same day. Then, payment processes slowed down and orders would say 'payment pending', then pre-orders would be available on-site, but not appear in your account for 24 hours at times. Then, items started taking longer to get through the warehouse to the shipper.

Time to delivery has pretty much doubled or more since the delays started. BBTS is still the best online service there is. Truth is, those of us that shop there pay a premium on our purchases. So, while I do not doubt I will get my items, I'd prefer faster turn around, especially with the amount of stuff I order.

I agree that BBTS's turnaround time has become longer an longer over the years. This City Commander debacle is just icing on a very dissapointing cake.

Mine is still "paid and waiting to enter the warehouse."

yea bbts hasn't won any awards from me lately either. i had a pile of loot for several months going, i decide to get it sent, and it took them a week to get it out of their warehouse. i was pretty pissed, i wrote several emails and pretty much collected that:
a. they took some items from my pile and took them several days to get them all back [ani um was one of the items in question, this was only a few weeks ago] or
b. it's just busy, things take time to ship, you're still one of our favorite customers over the past 6 years.
:facepalm
the thing that annoyed me most was i elected to ship it on a thursday morning, hoping it would have the weekend to travel, they didn't sent it till the following monday.
