Action HQ' MP-05 Problems

Ok, I finally got my MP-05 this morning from Robotkingdom.com after having my Action-HQ order cancelled. Now getting their stock cut is one thing, but did anyone actually get e-mailed about the cancellations? I didn't, I didn't know about it until I read it on these forums. They posted the message on the order status page of their website! What do the other people who had their order cancelled think? I'm pretty disappointed to be honest.

They think they're Chinese and your American money is tasty.

Chinese business practices are almost always suspect. Hate to say it, but it's true.

I was reading the other day about a toy manufacturer (Jesse Falcon, ML fame...) who said he had to go check on his Chinese factories to make sure the product wasn't destroyed by 'Storms'.

honestly you are better off getting it from robotkingdom. I actually received mine from action-hq and the packing job was well...cheap to say the least. Only way i would buy from them again was if it was a product I REALLY must have that i couldnt find elsewhere.

They're not exactly known for being great with customer service. Or anything else for that matter.

They have a reputation of an average online retailer- not the best, but not one to avoid.

No wonder.

If I lived in Hawaii, I wouldn't give a damn if anyone else got Transformers either.

Nice I got my other Megs from Robot Kingdom today too. 8)

I was nervous since I chose 3 day shipping, but this time it took longer. I will probably sell this one on Ebay.

I also got mine from Robot Kingdom. Their customer service sucked, that is to say, they waited over a week after my order was processed to give me a tracking number. This, after several e-mails and only one response. Like someone was asleep at the switch or something. Robot Kingdom is now on my sh!t list.

I will NEVER buy from them again.

But to be fair, they did arrive, UNMODIFIED, vacuum sealed in plastic wrap (yummy!), and in pristine order. So they get kudos for that.

But seeing as I spent just over $240 with shipping for these two, the LEAST they could have done was give me my damn routing number when it was processed.

I do reccomend BetaToys, even though their selection in, um...sparse. Their service is top-notch.

*ends rant*

My MP05 is still in my pile of loot at BBTS... my DVD Prime, ALT Rumble and E Shockblast finally arrived, and have been processed by customs and are waiting for me to pay and pick up... but it's a holiday here so I'll have to wait till next week...

I will probably not have my MP05 shipped until next month, though, because I'll have to pay customs on him too, and I just don't have the cash after paying customs for the above and plus TIT Magnus, Megs, Rodimus, Fire Convoy, and a bunch of BW toys....

Once MP5 is secure, no more Transformers till encore :)

I don't think that eBay sale is going to happen now.
