Devstator Combiner

The TF Universe Devstator does transform into a spaceship of some kind. Is there any other combiners that the giant robot mode have another alt mode?

I'm going to assume you mean this thing:

Technically, Devastator doesn't transform into that. That is just a neat little gimmick Takara came up with so you don't have the combniner parts just laying to the side doing nothing when the individual bots aren't combined.

But to answer your question, Universe Defensor and Superion also have the combined spaceship mode(as well as their original Japanese counterparts of course). I'm not sure if Sixliner/Sixtrain/Universe Rapid Run(? that the right name) have the combination effect.

As for other combined forms transforming into something else, unless it's a fan-mode, no. Even the Micro-Combiners are stretching it. Come on Has/Takomy, give us a transforming combiner!!! Something along the lines of Power Rangers, sorta:

And Victory Saber is the closest thing we got. But I don't personally consider that, cause I don't see him as a "combiner", which I feel should be made up of three or more.

Predaking has a decent combined transformation - although it may be a fanmode, I don't know.

I never heard of that. Got pics?

It would make sense, as I read in a post long ago that he was rumored to be a Megazord at one point in time, but never made it, and went into Transformers, or something like that.

He was designed by Ban Dai, who made the Megazords, and put into the tf line. I don't know if he was gonna be a Megazord originally though.

What about Overlord? A jet/tank combine into a robot and a base. (now thats some impressive mass shifting.)

*Buzz sound* Wrong. Well, partially. The designer of the Predacons worked for Bandai once though ;) Speaking of which, this is his fan-mode. Courtesy of Remy, see the full gallery.

Sixliner (and Sixtrain) has his parts combine into rolling weaponries which can be hooked up with any member. These are the instructions from his Cobra Island Toys entry.

Bandai makes the Super Sentai mechs (Power Ranger Zords) toys but they don't develope the designs so I don't think that would be true.

D'OH! #-o Well, that's what I heard on the grapevine. I'll take a page out of Leonardo's book and doff my (new) hat to you.
