Thanks to our friends over at TF08 we have our first peek at Transformers Animated Jetfire and Jetstorm combined into Safegaurd.

In this picture you can clearly see that big hands are molded into "arms" of Safegaurd. While we do get a little peace of mind about the combined forms hands, we still don't have any pictures of the individual figures hands.

How is that even possible from the same company , they make an awesome Wreck-Gar and now they make this , how do they even compare ???

Love how they gave him a Kakida look, you know what I mean.

Better I guess, but still having a hard time getting behind this guy.

I realize I'm in a minority here, but I dig it.

these 2 still look weird to me. I'm getting to like the comic images we've seen so far. Heaps of personality. But the double headsculpt seen here looks rather sober in comparison.

I'm withholding full judgement till we see them/it properly transformed, but at this point, it looks like ass and fail.

Still looks crap to me. Nice idea, bad realization. It reminds me of a girl i once dated...bad times.

Um.... As with toys, you always have the option to, uh...NOT date them.

Anyway, I'm warming to the concept on this guy. Just hoping that the kibble gets taken care of or at least made to look like actual wings. Interesting idea, nonetheless, and I'll buy it just for the fact that there's nothing like it.

Ahh, starting to look better now that we can see he has hands in combined mode. Can someone please transform him properly please, obviously something is not right with the four limbs sticking out behind.

Love the concept of the split-down-the-middle combiner though, quite a clever bit of engineering there.

Anyway, if he has hands in the individual robot modes too I'll pick him up.

This figure makes my eyes burn.That thing is uuuuuuugly!!! I would not take that figure if it was given to me! EPIC FAIL!!!!
