So I just got my Revoltech Convoy, and I'm wondering, is there a special way to change the hands? I can't read japanese or anything. Appreciate any help.

Just pop them out and replace them.

Alright, I got it. "Pop them out" is a bit of a simplification though, because I dunno about yours, but mine were in there but good.

As were mine. I had to wiggle them a bit to get them to pop out.

Pull and twist.

Happily, Megatrons hands are much easier to get out.
