After being seen here just a few days ago, we now have another image of the two new upcoming gestalts from the Universe line. These images give us a look at the box (again) and the back of the box showing how they will look combined. Click here, or scroll down to see the image.

You beat me to it:P

These two won't be exclusives, there are no labels slapped on to them to indicate them as such. (yes, I know they "might" not be on yet)

I'm just flat out looking forward to them.

I certainly hope they won't be exclusives.

Either way, I'm looking forward to picking these up.

These look worthy to keep MISB. I like the new artwork of the gestalts, and the packages look good.

I believe I echo the sentiments of the silent majority when I say "not until they get normal hands and feet".

Personally I think it's a more vocal minority and they'll show up here soon enough :P

Doesn't matter what they think I'm getting these two.

A warrior doesn't need hands or feet, just a good, strong body.

Packaging looks good enough to keep. Robots inside look like win.

Yes.

Over the year, since I started collecting TFs again last December, I've crossed a lot of bridges and accepted a lot of stuff that I couldn't stand 12 months ago. I said I'd never get a stinking beast former, Cybertron Snarl and Scourge cured me of that. I hated TFs without actual hands, Quickmix cured that. I hated assemble-formers like Omega Supreme, Armada Tidal Wave cured that.

But this, THIS, fugly mishmash of Energon weapons they call hands and feet? NEVER! I HAVE PRINCIPLES!!!1!!

Not while it's keeping shelves toasty everywhere. Since Universe and Classics are essentially the same, doesn't make sense rereleasing it since they already did.

No and no. But you can expect them to cost around $25-$30. :)

I am really looking forward to both of these figures. I was frustrated when they sold Devastator only at Walmart. Of course he didn't appear at any of the three Walmarts near me. Hopefully they will not do the same thing with these two.

Bruticus does have what are essentially proper hands and feet.

The helicopter style hands have 4 fingers and a thumb and the tank version works like a gripper claw.

Superion's are garbage though.

Well, I guess I might as well say it.

I love hands and feet, I really truly do. However, I have found that giant, death dealing, metal monstrosities against nature often end up in fights. Now I ask you, what do you believe would REALLY be more useful in a fight. Would it be hands and feet to throw punches and kicks, or would it be giant energy hands made of guns which can also serve as claws?

I can see how it would bother a lot of people, and it would be nice to see a customs shop (like those wonderful folks behind City Commander) do a "proper" hand and foot set.

In the end though it doesn't really bother me because the way I look at it if you question why they don't have 5 digit hands and feet then you also have to examine why an entire race of robots from a different part of the galaxy even ended up in a human form to begin with, (and we all know that argument leads to more word wars anyway  )

In conclusion, I think these guys are really cool and I entirely intend to purchase both.

Counterpunch is correct on both counts. Bruticus has the most hand-like hands of the three, whereas Superion should be ashamed of those things at the end of his arms.
