Mexican TFAnimated McDonald's Toys--More Images

Mexico- Seibertron.com gets more exclusive pictures showing these fast food freebies thanks to our friend Victor Hernandez. The toys, while having robot modes that are representative of their Animated designs, have alt modes that are hard to describe--certainly not design accurate--, but these modes utilize the vintage jumpstarter automatic transforming gimmick from the early part of the Generation One toyline.
Transformation is caused mainly by pulling back the toy, then the toy will drive forward and 'spring' into its robot mode.
Jumpstarter technology was fun and inventive in the 80's. Top Spin and Twin Twist have their own following like any Transformers characters mainly due to them being a part of the elite Autobot attack group, the Wreckers, but also because the technology is simple and proves fun (Jumpstarter races at cons anyone?).
Here we have the technology returning in an unlikely place. Toys that were available (promotion ended yesterday) included Megatron, Starscream, Optimus Prime, and Bumblebee.
Victor believes the promotion was a 'fun success', and he shares pictures of his collection below. He also believes these may become available in Brazil, and Venezuela in the near future.
Thanks Victor for sharing these international exclusives with us!
