TakaraTomy has updated their Transformers website with exciting pictures and information.

The Masterpiece page has a new listing! Check out Masterpiece Thundercracker here, which will be released later this month. This figure uses the MP Starscream mold, but will feature a re-sculpted reversible face.




The Henkei page has also been updated with Ironhide, and Galvatron. Both will be released this month and feature chromed parts.

While you are in the Henkei section take a look at the mini-manga that was included with Henkei Prowl & Sunstreaker here.


Lastly, the Events page has been updated with information regarding Henkei exclusive Thrust & Dirge. Even though the information and shadowy images on this page have been previously seen, stay tuned because pre-ordering and updated images from Toy Hobby & Ganbo Store come out tomorrow. These figures will be released in March 2009.

Getting all of them! Oh my aching wallet!

I really hope that Thrust and Dirge have missles that match Ramjet. It's going to look pretty stupid if the "next wave" seekers don't all have the updated design. That would be a big "no" for me, especially at the price point they're coming in at.

Definitely getting MP TC though-got to have the set of three (plus one for gray SS).

Thrust should have the same missiles as Screamer, TC and Skywarp.

Another Dr. Arkeville? Wasn't he in, like, two episodes?

I might get MP TC and Skywarp but then I will have the original 6 Seekers, the Armada versions, the Animated Convertor versions and and a few Storm Jets to repaint, so that will be it for me on the Seekers. The Henkei's are too expensive and I'm only doing the Voyager Starscream for Animated. Love them all, but I have to draw the line somewhere. I gotta eat and pay bills and other stupid adult stuff.

That's Dr. Arkeville's cousin, Dr Smurfeville.

OK-that's true. Need to see something different for Dirge though, at least for me to purchase them.
