I can imagine the Transformers that will await us on Black Friday at TRU: piles and piles of that Blackout/Scorponok Movie 2-pack, along with all the same figures that have been sitting on their shelves for months now, and at the same prices. Unless they're stocking a new wave of figures, I don't see ANY reason for a TF fan to hit TRU on BF.

Why even post this here when it has nothing to do with TFs? The headline got me all excited.

Really? My TRU doesn't have much of any movie stuff left. A HUGE amount of Animated Figures and Universe. The only thing it lacks are the new Titanium Grimlock and Prowl exclusives.

But yeah, don't go to TRU. It'll give someone else a shot at TF's on sale.

I got to stop buying stuff as soon as it hits shelves. I never get to take advantage of sales like these.

If only I had willpower.

Well, since we aren't getting the Masterpiece Seekers or Grimlock over here I won't be shopping for Transformers on Black Friday anyway, no! On the other hand, I am VERY interested in those iPod deals, yeeeess!

They aren't going to have any TFs on sale, expect Blackout/Scorponok. That was my point. There's no reason to fight the Black Friday crowds; you'd be better off going to TRU any other day.

I just wasted a half tank driving to a TRU and found nothing but old stuff and Unicron. Happy to find him but still. I even asked if they were going to get anything new (cyb mode Prime's mostly) Before black friday and she told me not likely.

They'd better step it up before then because I'd be really mad if I showed up early and found nothing good.

I will pop in because I have to hit gamestop and pick up a new rechargeable batter for my x-box 360 controller.

Toys R Us Black Friday Sale sucked. There wasn't a single TF on sale (except for the Movie Blackout/Scorp set) and there were no new figures stocked. As far as TFs go, it was the same as any other day, but with a massive crowd to deal with.

The only thing different that my TRUs had from any other day was the Robot Replicas on clearance at $7.98. And each store had almost a complete set of each and extras.
