In any case, this guys is crazy chromed but it's actually not too tacky IMO. I really don't like Ironhide in either version but I actually like this version of Ratchet. I might preorder this guy after all.

So is it safe to assume the earlier pic with the red forehead crest is the TFU version?

I really like him. And you really do not notive the red 'brow' is out of place, until you see this one.

now that is really nice, i will be addin him to the wish list for sure

altho looks like i'll have to convert this one too as with ironhide and ths head issue.

I think I'll be getting the Henkei one, which is fitting since Henkei Ironhide is on the way to me now. They'll make a good pair

I know his head is different is coloured differently in a bunch of the comics, but he just looks so right with the black head crest. Geeeeeeeee wun cartoon style

Henkei version crushes the Hasbro version this round, no contest.

WOW just WOW! Eyes pop out of head! That's purty. This is a must buy now figure and if I saw it in a store and an old lady had her hands on the last one. I would have to beat her for it!

Other than the color of his head-crest; Oh look, its yet another "What Hasbro should have done" figure.

I think HAsbro's version is just fine. Sure there is one or two things I'd change but, overall I think Hasbro is doing a fine job with Universe.

Agreed. I like it and will get one when I find it.

I never have had any reason or want to buy any of the Henkei releases until Ratchet. I think the Black brow and deep white sold me on it.

Wow. The Henkei version does look a lot nicer on the computer screen than the Hasbro. However, I will haev to see the Hasbro version in person. I don't pay the extra money if I don't have to.

That's the one I'll be buying.

Henkei all the way. It makes the Hasbro version look like a dollar store KO.

That Henkei version is stunning. The robot mode is perfect in every way.

Now THAT is a beautiful figure. Too bad Henkei Ironhide didn't turn out as well, but I'm still getting them both. Lovely. I'm excited for this guy!

I really like the Henkei and Universe versions. My money situation will determine which I get.

*adds to list* And here I thought I wasn't going to buy any Henkeis...first Inferno, now Ratchet...crud :p
