TFW2005- Transformers World 2005 has come across many hi res images of upcoming Transformers toys.

You can view the Canadian Packaging for Universe Legends Autobot Wheelie, Autobot Cosmos, Rodimus, and Warpath.

You can also view the newest Transformers Star Wars Crossovers Captain Rex/AT-TE, and Clone Pilot/V-19 Torrent in and out of packaging.

Look for these to become available in early 2009!

Nice, except when I click on the link for Cosmos, it takes me to the page to start a new topic on Seibertron. Might want to fix that.

Back to the topic at hand, that Legends Rodimus is freakin awesome!

Why don't they just make these deluxe figures? I don't want legend figures unless they come in a happy meal for free.

Captain Rex figure looks kind of cool. Looks like a cylon.

I still think Cosmos is ruined by the weird C-shaped arms. They couldn't of done something similar to the original's? They'd look a lot better.

The others look good. Even Wheelie. And I hate Wheelie.

Pretty sure Warpath's alt mode is meant to be a pre-earth form. I looked through some old comics, and he apparently had a 'H tread' sorta tank form.

Captain Rex looks pretty solid, unfortunately the V-19 has been stung by that old SWTF chicken leg curse.

Rex looks pretty cool except for how shy he looks with his head down in his chest still.

Wahey!!! I've been waiting for a better version of cosmos for years, he is one of my top fave characters! Not too fussed on wheelie. Mind you - most people aren't! He really was and I imagine still is the most annoying transformer ever. Warpath looks pretty damn cool too!

STAY AWAY FROM THE NEW STAR WARS FIGURES (the ones with the light blue package).

I made the mistake of buying Palpatine and Boba Fett, and the quality has dropped enormously. The plastic seems cheap, and Boba's arms break at the hinge point during transformation !

Awful designs in robot modes. The vehicles are great, but the robots are horrible.

And lastly, the new star wars figures don't include the small pilot figurine that the originals had. Even if they weren't a big thing, at least it added some play value.

On the other hand, those marvel cross-overs are getting better and better every day. Those i'm buying them all. And i'm getting these Legends too.

I'm getting into the G1 Legends figs, they are great!

I may get the AT/TE, but I have to agree the palpatine is pretty bad QC wise. I'm reworking it for a custom, so I can fix the issues, but if you are looking for him as is you may have problems.

I was going to say the exact same thing. That mold comes really close to being the first SWTF that doesn't have a silly-looking "bot" mode, but it still comes up short.

I've never really cared for legends, but Cosmos and Rodimus do look cool. I don't collect the Star Wars transformers either but Capt. Rex looks great.
