Can you be a little more specific? you do realize there are at least 4 different version of TFA Mgatron?
Anyway Leader class is a keeper.
Voyager not so much.
Deluxe maybe a bit more than voyager
Legends, looks nifty. kinda small.

What Overcracker before me said:
Leader Megatron is one of the best incarnations, and simply the best animated toy.
Voyager: If I'd have one, I wouldn't return it.

And also Overcracker there is no legends class Megatron but there is an activator version of him.

Oh yeah, sorry. Meant to say Activator's.
Though I'm sure they'll be a Legends Class Megatron eventually.

Are you patient? If so, return him and wait to get the Shadow one. If not, get him. Best Megatron Mold ever.

Leader Class Megs is, imho, one of the best Megatrons released in ages. It's definitely a keeper.

I'd say it depends how much you paid for him. I got mine for half price, and that allows me to overlook the gimpy knees and cannon mounted wrong on his arm. At full price, I'd return it.

Gimpy knees? If you compare his legs to the pose Sailor Mercury does at the end of her transformation, his legs look strait as a pencil, and the Cannon looks fine.

I'm sorry, I don't speak anime. Sailor Moon? Not really seeing the relevance. And the cannon is mounted in the wrong place. Ok? Side of arm, top of arm: both fine. Bottom of arm: stupid.

If you dont like the cannon, it's removable. And the relevance is, if you look up on youtube "All sailor Scout Transformations" and see the pose the blue one does at the end, compare it to Megsie's legs. they look fine.

I'm still not understanding your point. Megatron's knees are badly done. Yes, I'm sure there are examples of far worse knees, but that doesn't make me look at Megatron and think "Well, they could be worse" when I compare him to other Transformers.
And how does removing the cannon solve the problem that it attaches to the wrong place?

Mounted Wrong? How is it Mounted wrong?
He has Rotating wrists, the top of his arm can be anything you want.
As far as I can tell that looks like the top of his arm to me.

He's one of the best interpretations of Megatorn n many years. Down to the Fusion cannon placement.
His knees are a little weird, but I can easily overlook that, and in certain poses his knees don't even look bad at all.
Really those are just very minor knit picks.

As many have said before me, TFA Leader class Megatron is the best incarnation of the figure to date. I just ADORE mine!

Just to warn you there were some major problems with the one I got. First the paint on the cockpit was gooey and would rub right off and left a sticky mess on my hands. Problem the second was his right shoulder became really loose within a day. It was tolerable in robot mode, but in his helicopter mode it drooped and his intakes didn't line up.

I don't get this either, his cannon is mounted exactly where you'd want it to be, and I'm not sure what the problem with the knees is either. If you stand him straight legged they bend inward just a little bit, but I don't know why you'd want to pose him like that since he looks so badass if you pose him in an action pose.
So yeah, good toy

It's better than Classics Voyager Megs - at least you can rotate the hand! I wonder if it would be possible, without too much effort, to attach it to his arm 'properly'?
I agree that he's only worth £20. I also think he's the meanest G1-ish Megs so far.

G1 Megsie's cannon is far clunkier and hanging-offy than Animated.
