Hi folks

Over the last few months there have a been a lot of MOC Micromasters turning up on ebay at great prices. As far as I have seen it is only the Military patrol, Hot Rod, and Monster truck patrol.

There has also been a fair amount of curiosity about how legit these are.

I love the little fellas and picked up all three packs figuring if they were legit I would AFA them and make a nice display, and if they weren't, then more the merrier as far as I'm concerned.

I got mine yesterday in the mail.

First off the packaging languages are French and German so they aren't North American versions.

Secondly the plastic quality is overall quite good, but not great. I would say it is about 85% as good as the legit ones.

so I figure either they are quite good knockoffs or they are legit ones for the European market and quality control over there wasn't stellar.

In any case I am very happy with them, from a glance that packaging looks great, and shiny and like it should, and the toys are just fine for building up ones micro armies.

If you are looking for some presentable and affordable Micros to display moc you'll be happy.

If you want a Military patrol with all of its weapons at a good price then I say go for it.

If you want so 100% legit stuff and nothing else these would not be for you unfortunately

For me, I got 3 patrols with nice cards for about $12 each, so I couldn't be happier.

Good luck in your collecting

As I heard, these micrmasters turned out that they were in an austrailan collectors basement, he had boxes of them from the golden era.

One of my friends thought he would buy a whole box of them and AFA them as uncirculated, but he rejected the idea because as reliable as our post offices are, they are 100% won't arrive unopened.
