Arlin of the-arker.com has posted two new photos of a new Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Starscream figure. This figure is noticeably different from the previously seen voyager-class Starscream, as it appears to be a non-transforming toy - lending credence to the theory that it may be a "Robot Replica" figure, a subline of highly detailed, highly poseable, non-transforming action figures.

Looks way better then the TF1 RPs if the price is right this time, eg not Voyager price I'll be grabbing them.

Looks nice but I won't be getting replicas. I don't see the point of getting non transforming Transformers. Maybe if he has lots of articulation.

I am starting to see starscreamy goodness.. finally a robot replica. I was hoping for one last time around. YAY!

Actually looks better than the Voyager transforming toy they're putting out for him...But that isn't say much in terms of Movie Stascream...


Anyway, I've never seen the point of the Robot Replicas...If a Transformer doesn't transform...Well, you get the idea...

The only one I thought was worth looking twice at last time around was Frenzy, just because he had no decent toy otherwise...But even that one I never ended up buying...


Did they ever havre a Robot Replica of Scorpinok? That would just be hilarious since his "transforming" toy was basically one anyway...

If these things are as posable as Revoltechs, and come with as many accessories... maybe.

Ehh... nearly.. I got Robot Replicas Megatron thrown in as a freebie with a delayed order from a seller on Amazon.. I dont know about other Robot Replicas but the Megatron one was kind of posable.. just in odd places. On a random note, the joints it does use are almost the same as a Revoltech joint.

Accessories wise its no where near a Revoltech.. Megatron only came with a combined arm/cannon piece.

All in all in my opinion I would say they are ok,.. nothing amazing, certainly not on par with a Revoltech figure, but if the sculpt is detailed enough and its not too expensive, I'd say by all means give the line a go.

Looks good for a RR and for SS but that's still not saying a lot.

ok i was mistaken it was & still is hard to see the detail on strscreamin the teaser with the hd option on but i can see the tattos on him in hte teaser barely see them if pause it but thtere there.

yeah yeah typos sue me yeah robot replicas look great in detail but the only non transforming transfomer toys i collect are robot heroes no one else this series is not for me. & i may pick up freanzy robot replicas as well looking forward to the starscream figure whn e its released.

Not bad. Not a fan of these but if they make ones for the characters i like then ill get them.

I love RR, I'll get this along wit any others. Devastator would be cool, since combined he probably won't have much poseability.

Yeah!! I love robot replicas!!! AND FINALLY WE GET STARSCREAM!!! this one will look sooooo good with the first RR megatron, and the new one too, if they make a new mold in the RR line of course

He looks very cool ,i was hoping they do a RR of him in the prievous movie line and now! he is here! i'm gonna buy him no matter what
