Toy errors

I picked up the Cybertron Legends Galvatron toy at Toy's R Us in Canada and noticed that the toy was not called Galvatron. The toy was called Sunstorm. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I've been collecting for twelve years and I know that it had happened with Generation 1 transformers, but it is the first time that it has happened to me with the newer series. Can any one relate?

Yeah, packaging errors are pretty common among most toy lines. I have a DB:GT Kid Goku in a blister for Vegeta and I can remember several 90's ToyBiz X-Men being on wrong card and that's not counting the Forge that was upside down!

The most comomn TF related mistake that I like many others have noticed is that of the re-issue Grapple. On the top flap of his box, it reads "Auotbot Grapple" instead of "Autobot Grapple".

The only one i can think of right off the bat, is the printing error in back of Classics Grimlock's Packaging, where Jetfire was mistakenly labeled as Decepticon Astrotrain.

There are a lot of common errors nowadays like on energon ultra magnus the back of the box had the old armada overload picture on it.

various packaging errors between all the current wave deluxes and i have even had instruction errors. I got cybertron megatron's instructions with my cybertron metroplex. That was a real weird one. but oh well.

They LOOK like they should go the way they package him, but it intereferes with his alt mode, and they don't fold up correctly.

The screw in the ankle was pretty easy to take out and turn 'em around though.

The correct way is so that the smaller part is in front when in bot mode. Check it out! LC

On the DVD from the 2-pack, Megatron has 2 hands, not one.

That's because the Prime in that pack does it from behind.

He doesn't want anybody to look at his hideous light-piping
