Demolishor or Scavenger?

I'm sure this may have been brought up in one of the Toy Fair threads but I figured this topic deserved it's own post.
The Voyager class figure of the Constructicon shown in the movie trailer is called Demolishor, you can even see the name on the packaging in Hasbro's press photo. However, the version of this toy that is part of the Devastator combiner set is named Scavenger.
So which is it supposed to be? Is TF2 going to have the same naming problems TF1 had with Brawl/Devastator?

Legally, he's Demolishor.
The "SCVNGR" label on the combining figure is just what we like to call "Hasbro's attempts at appealing to the collectors/G1 Fans"
Not a bad attempt.
So if they do call him by name in the movie he'll be Demolishor.
Now how the sub-titles handle that we don't know.

Hrm, I'm not sure. All of the websites that are covering Toy Fair list him as "Scavenger" in the caption of Hasbro's Press Photo:

Is there some kind of legal issue with the Scavenger name that anyone knows about?

All the in-package pictures have the name on the box as Demolishor.
However I'm noticing that the Voyager Class Figure that does not combine, does not bear the "SCVNGR" label, and is referred to as Demolishor even by the toyfair website.
And the Combining figure with the "SCVNGR" label is referred to as Scavenger.
But I still believe his in-movie name will be Demolishor.
