ot sure if its old news but robotkingdom sent me a newsletter and in it was a link to a clear version of the MP roller.

Not really sure why anyone would want a clear version.
says its limited to 500 peices.

Personally I want to see a version with a white gun and a blue roller, that would be a defenate buy for me.

That was pretty much my very first thought...

rollar is a pretty neat gimmick, but it would only really work if there was a clear MP Prime. Darkwing looks terrible! the baby blue burns my retinas out

countdown has a really lame paint job. i have CD Red Alert and it is a great mold but those color schemes just don't work for me

took the words right out of my mouth i almost had to readjust the screen brightenss just to look at darkwing at least you wont need a flashlight he could be used as one, what is with hasbro using that horrible blue thought last time we would ever see it again was on universe ironhide & now its back. they shopuld have taken the blue of the repaint of univeser jetfire repaint figure i forgot his name but that blue looks much better than allspark blue

you know, with how often this Cybertron Red Alert mold has been re-used, i am surprised they have not gone with the obvious re-paint that this mold could support. As part of the 25th anniverasry figures from every era theme, you would think with a minor new head sculpt at most it would make a great Machine Wars Soundwave.

I like Darkwing. I didn't even recognise it as Silverbolt at first. The colours may be a bit strong, but they do bring the mind back to the era that the first Darkwing toys came out.

ive got an original darkwing and i think its pretty much bang on.

in fact im surprised how well it works. i near didnt recoganise it as silverbolt at all.

Errr...

The mold was used once, for the original release of Cybertron/Galaxy Force. It was later used to make 400 BotCon Megatron's in 2006.

That's it.

This is the first repaint of the toy.
