He has Chinese, Japanese, or Cybertronian characters on him, odd looking at first. I guess thats the new version???

Odds are it's just Chinese or Japanese characters thatsay "Not for sale, Test Shot"

I have agree with you there. Must be Chinese, since Japanese regularly use English too.

And for the record, without the Chinese Characters, that is indeed the new ROTF repaint of Movie Voyager Prime.
