I know I, for one, am VERY anxiously awaiting the Roadbuster face and weapons upgrade from Nato-Bot...Looks like we'll have to wait a bit longer, but for a pretty good reason...They've completely re-designed the particle cannon to include a mounting arm that allows it to move around more, among other things.

Can't wait til this thing is finished and applied to my Roadbuster And I'm glad I put in my preorder when they first announced this set because apparently they've closed preorders now...

As you might know a custom company that goes by the name Nato-bot announced that they will be releasing an upgrade set for Transformers Universe Roadbuster. It has now been announced that the release date will be pushed back as they redesigned the canon so that it can move about more, new prototypes have been put up on ebay and pre-orders have been stopped.

I'm really looking forward to this, I'm quite glad they're taking the time to get it right. Gives me a bit more time to save up the money!

Also the cool thing about this set is that it further differentiates this use of the mold from previous ones (CD Hot Shot and Botcon Springer).

Also I sent an email to pre-order this set but didn't get any confirmation back. Was this the same for everyone?

I put in a preorder in the second I saw it. I can't wait for the set, but at the same time I want to see it done right.

I never got a confirmation either (and I put my order in within the first couple of days), so I wrote them yesterday to check up on it...I received a very quick response saything that they had had some trouble with their auto-response system back then so a lot of people didn't get their confirmation...But they verified it for me and everything is good...(I'm #51 )

Wow, Nato sure did improve the quality of the gun since the first pictures.

I'm glad I got my preorder in on the first day we saw this thing.

I think it's awesome to see a nice little upgrade for a target-exlusive repaint most people would just pass over without giving much thought...The first thing I thought when I got it was "This is such a perfect mold for Roadbuster...EXCEPT for the face..." Then like two days later they announced the upgrade that not only gives you a new face but also some extra weapons to make him look even more badass I seriously can't wait for this to come out and I'm SO glad I know for sure I'm getting one...

Damn, this blows! I really wanted the set, Roadbuster was one of my top 5 G1's, but I didn't get a chance to pre-order it. I've been trying to sort out some Paypal issues, and forgot all about it

Hopefully I'll be able to catch one of them when the pre-orders are filled.

What was the price of the whole set again—the face mask and both weapons? Didn't see it listed on the webpage, probably because they aren't taking orders at the moment.

I'd say that's a definate YES because they just updated today saying they've redesigned the new head to include not only the face-plate, but also the back of the head as well! This set just gets better and better the more we have to wait
