Hydrodive Bumblebee and Golfire grimlock are not cancelled

Apparently the cancellation of the new Animated voyagers was a rumor or there was some kind of miscommunication to BBTS. The TCC online store has an expected release date of May 31st. On top of that, the latest issue of master collector comes with a preoder option for the set.

TCC Online Store- Maybe the world of Transformers Animated is not coming to an end. Maybe it was just our collective downheartedness that we thought this might also be having probelms.

One of the signs of the end of Animated was the cancellation of the Voyager wave with Golfire Grimlock, and Hydrodive Bumblebee. This information came from BigBadToyStore.com.

But wait! The Transformers Collector's Club store has not taken its pre-orders down yet. In fact, it is still advertising the Wave in its pre-order in mastercollector, and also has the items on pre-order and expected to arrive on May 31st on the website.

You can see the listing at the TFCC club store here.

Is TFCC just behind the times? Did BBTS cancel too soon? Will we ever get a gold painted Grimlock or Bumblebee with diving sub?

Now don't you all feel silly for immediately freaking out and throwing up your "End is nigh" signs?

I think they do feel silly.

Tigertracks: Did you mean to frontpage this? Your post makes it sound like a news announcement, but it's not on the frontpage.

That's a good news. I just hope they made Leader Class Lugnut, Leader Class Grimlock, Voyager Class Sentinel Prime, Voyager Class Swoop, Voyager Class Slag, Deluxe Class Cliffjumper and of course some brand new molds, that would be awesome. Please Hasbro make that happen!

Who doesnt want an Omega Supreme and I think we need a Supreme AstroTrain or Devasator , Bruticus , Menasaur , Tryticon or Scorponok to battle him

That would be cool. I'd pass on the Grimlock, but I'd like to get my hands on the Hydrodive BB.

My guess is that they changed or merged 2 waves into one, so the wave was cancelled, but the items were just transferred to the new wave.

That confused me for a moment when I looked at my issue of Master Collector yesterday.... then I realized like most physical media the ads were likely printed before the cancellation? We probably won't know for sure until later.

All of the recent news has me very hopeful that Animated will continue, if not throughout the movie line, then at least after the movie dies down a little. So many great designs yet to see in physical form!...

This doesnt mean a thing, they might not have gotten around to taking down the preorders and adds. Hell look at the release date, pretty damn close to the ROTF toy release. We'll know the its not canceled when hasbro comes right out and says some thing or we see some news about new animated toys. Until then, its canceled.

They are one Repaint, and one new mold for Transformers Animated.

Pics are here

I don;t really care either way. I'm not feeling inclined to pick either one of them up.

Sick! The bumblebee is a voyager with a mini-sub accessory? And the grimlock is full gold? I am so getting both. It's really weird how I don't get to know anything first. Was this on Seibertron before? I only heard about the Nintendo DSi yesterday, and everyone else in school already knew about it.

They had been mentioned before, then there was speculation about the line being canceled, then there was speculation about these 2 guys specifically being canceled while the line would continue, and now it appears they are not canceled and will be coming out.

And if it makes you feel any better, I didn't know about the Nintendo DSi until you mentioned it.
