Latest Gallery: TakaraTomy's Rhinox from Beast Wars 10th Anniversary

The latest gallery to enter Seibertron.com's massive gallery archives is none other than the heroic Maximal Rhinox, who is the 9th reissue in this year's Beast Wars 10th anniversary line from TakaraTomy. There are several differences between TakaraTomy's Rhinox and Hasbro's Rhinox reissue from last year -- both of which suffer from misassembled arms that you need to fix. They sort of did last year. It's too bad they couldn't combine the changes they made together in one figure. Rhinox's maces/chains (whatever you want to call them) on his gun/weapon are now the wrong color but they're the right color on previous versions of this mold. Ah well.

one thing i liked about the tv show was how rhinox had the gattling gun, the figure, sadly lacked luster... but i still like this guy! and in all his incarnations, to boot

well... that blade thing was the gatling gun from the show.
also I really like the detail to the weapon and body overall. nice job takara

I just meant that BWX Rhinox's paint scheme isn't as nice as this one. Small apps like the brown on the outside of the hands really add to the figure. Don't get me wrong, I love my Rhinox, I just thing that there should have been more/better paint apps and correctly-attached arms!

I love the paint job! But I already have like 3 or 4 of the Fox Kids version(ebay lots) and can't see the need for another, no matter how much I like the character.
Now if they retooled the big guy...

Awsome gallery. Takare is doing an awsome job with these reissues.
