iGear has posted some new photos of their upcoming iGear upgrade set for the FansProject City Commander armor. Images include shots of the preproduction missile launchers and gun (at least I hope so since they're gray), clear sword, and painted head.

will pick this up for the launchers and the rifle, I dont think I will swap the head but I would have to see the finished item in hand before I made a decision.

looks great though, lets hope production looks better than the other magnus head.

This might be worth it just for the gun and sword.

I like the head that came with City Commander, but this could be worth it just for the other accessories if they turn out nicely.

Man, I'm going to end up spending more on third party sets than actual transformers at this rate.

the more I see of this the more blatant it becomes that the new head sculpt just doesn't fit with the aesthetic of the city commander set

What's with the Heman sword?

He's already got three guns, I don't think I need to buy him another...

The missles are almost a requirement though. So long as this set isn't to expensive I will be picking it up. It is a toss up on the head, but I need the missles and the guns not bad.

The head is alright, I liked one of their earlier, slightly less detailed prototypes more, simply because the amount of detail is gonna make the head look slightly out of place on the body.

But the part that has me bothered are the missile launchers. Anyone else think the plastic looks dangerously thin right where the missile meets the launcher? I know theyre not supposed to actually fire, but thats what has me worried. They look like they're gonna snap off easily.

I hadn't really noticed that but they do look a little thin there. I hope that they fire although it's doubtful. If the gun and missiles wind up being a good color and this set is in the 20 dollar range, I'll probably get it to to complete the CC look.

The head and sword are pretty worthless though-head's the wrong size and the wrong color blue.

I'm thinking that the head is a painted prototype, and not the final product. I suppose though time will tell.

I also love the sword, hopefully it won't be purple.

I hope you're right. I'd love to have another head option with the CC set, especially on that was true to the original Ultra Magnus. EDIT: After all, two heads are better than one.

It doesn't look like the head can fit through the torso piece during transformation like the normal one. The antenna look too long.
