I know this is Thunderclash's original colors, but somehow I don't think it looks good on the mold.

Thanks for the heads up. That's a lot of colours to appear on one mold. It's interesting, but not my favourite one of the set.

I like the Energon Rodimus mold. And I think Thunderclash has a pretty unique and interesting color scheme. But I'm not sure they go together that well....
And why is his elite guard symbol so tiny?

Much prefer the original. The colours just aren't quite right, and the placement of the paint apps seems rather random...

don't think the colours work as well here as they did on the original, but it's certainly my favourite of the bunch, and does give me some of that G1.5 feel.

At least being colorblind has saved me here. I like mold and the idea but he seems to come of as disco to me. I really would have to go get some labels to fix that Autobot crest. I would have thought for a teacher, he'd be proud to wear it, not ashamed. lol

see i was hoping they would use energon prime, as i have a spare G2 thunderclash and i was hoping i could attach its trailer to the botcon version, oh wells its quite a nice figure in botmode neways

Well, the colors really don't work well on this mold.
The upper legs should have been that pinkish red.
His chest is just too white. some black wash or something to bring out the detail there.
The gun should have been golden or at least some yellowish plastic not blue.
Overall, not nice.
Considering I only like 2 molds of this set, I think I'll pass.
Hopefully BBTS can get Landshark and either Skyquake or Leozack loose so I can get them without having to dish out for the complete set.

E-Prime would have been better. Sorry Rosimus does not cut it this time.

It's...awful. Even on E-Rodimus, it's still one of the worst color combinations in the history of TFs.

I agree. That's what I think the issue is, here. That the colors don't work well together.

Well, that's basically how it was with the original Thunderclash. The colors are pretty similar. What more did you guys expect?
I really like Thunderclash. My only complaint is I wish they could have used the Cybertron Prime mold.
