Looks weird

First I've seen it, so it's news to me. Neat find. Depending on price, I'd consider it.

Can't say I like the head, but it does look incomplete, so we'll have to see what the final version looks like

I hope this is severely miss transformed.

I can clearly tell there's some not-final problems with him, but that's pretty terrible. Why does he have such a big upper body?

My guess is that the torso of the figure is missing, making the legs look far scrawnier than they should be. Remember the early pics of Universe Inferno that didn't have the crotch area folded down right, making it look silly? Same thing here I'm thinking.

Hmm...so we've sort of of seen the vehicle mode pics for this, and now a bot mode. Hopefully they would make Ironhide out of it too.

Huh, looks pretty cool, if incomplete. If it's a deluxe or Voyager I'll probably get it.

Really? Looks a little too articulated for an Activator to me, the legs are very similar to the deluxe Ratchet.

Hmm, I was thinking this would be Animated ironhide when we first saw the proto shots. I wanna see pics of Animated Rodimus now!

I'm sure when it's transformed correctly, then it'll look good.

Hope they make an Ironhide version. Either way ill be getting one.

The face is intentionally damaged because it's a prototype. This is common practice on a lot of prototypes to make it less desirable.

The upper legs look pretty similar to the deluxe version. I'm assuming this is perhaps a retooling of Earth-mode Ratchet so that we can get an Ironhide figure as well?

Paint it red and call him Ironhide then I'll bite.

Does look nice though.

Poor Ratchet, they really love sanding back the faces on these test shots.

Will be an automatic purchase for me, since Flashback Cybertron Ratchet has been getting more screentime than Earth mode Ratchet.

Oh we'll get an Ironhide fore sure out of this. It's an easy sell & repaint.
