The Mini-Con Pattern Theory

I've gotten quite a few Mini-Con packs over the past few years. Not all by any means, but a few, and I think it's time I proposed what I dub "The Mini-Con Pattern", since I got the Clear Skies Team tonight on clearance. Yes, they are quite...disapointing, but they still conform to my proposed theory.
The theory is simple: in each Mini-con Three pack you almost always get a Mini-con with a pretty good alt. mode, but poor robot mode. You then get a strictly average Mini-con with average both modes. Finally, the third Mini-con you get is arguably the best of the lot, and is actually quite unique and impressive, dare I say innovative. So, my example, using The Clear Skies Team, Land Military Team, and Eneron Perceptor(I have others, but I'll keep it simple):
Poor robot, good alt: Nightscream, Wreckage, and Sureshock
Average overall: Thunderwing, Rollout, and Grindor
Best, and Innovative: Steel Wind, Bonecrusher, and Highwire(posable!)
I know it's a bit odd, but does anyone else agree with my theory? Disagree?
