Toys R Us ROTF sale

At toysrus.com they have ROTF deluxes for $8 and voyagers for $18.
This sux I was there yesterday at the store and there was no sale is this online only?
I dont advise this if you live near a TRU, by the time u pay for shipping your not saving anything but a few cents after taxes.

The sale has Deluxes at $7.99 and Voyagers at $17.99.

For those looking for Sidesipe, make sure you type in Swerve. For some reason Toys R Us has mislabeled him as such.
That aside, this pretty cool. But I do wander if they're doing this at my Toys R US...

Wait, they're on sale, but with shipping and tax added in I'll be paying roughly the same price if I drove to my local Wal-Mart and just picked it up there?
Good thing I have to go shopping today anyway.

There is a reason for this. It is based on what the typical American would pay for an item based on comparative items on the shelf, the thin profit margins that US retailers have to work with, heavier retail competition and a $US dollar that continues to be a world currency of choice. However with a falling $US Americans can expect price increases (as has already happened with TFs of late). I remember seeing a bottle of French champagne in Seattle that was selling for $50 US. The same bottle cost 75 Euros in Paris when I asked a friend to check his nearest store. Is this fair? No, but that is just the way the world economy works at this time. Will it change? More than likely given a multitude of other factors. In the mean time to all my US friends enjoy the TF goodness

The sale is in stores starting Sunday, so if you didn't want to wait for shipping, you can just go to the store tomorrow. I believe it's only in the U.S. We got the ad last week but I haven't been able to get on lately due to a crappy connection. I'm surprised I managed to keep the site up this long.

Yes they do up to two weeks prior to a sale I believe. Just bring in the receipt.

If there was free shipping id be all over this but since when you add shipping it comes out to the same price as in store. Ill just do my TF shopping at the stores.

I asked cause I work sunday, so i was gonna bye up today. The lady said no rain checks or price adjustments for those. She said get here early they will prolly sell out in 2 days. I have all of what my TRU has except for voyager stratosphere.

I went in today hoping to get the Fallen, and it was literally the ONLY figure they didn't have. The shelves were pretty stuffed too, so I doubt they'll restock it.

I had to work from 10 am - 7pm so i just called walmart and they said they would honor sale. TRU lost the sale good ole wally world.
