Does anyone know the best and safest way to remove stickers from G1 transformers? For example I have a Ramjet thats original, but bought a new sticker sheet for him on EBAY, and removing his old stickers is a pain cause you know how old stickers are...you get that sticky residue left with tiny pieces of adhesive still on it, is there a trick or liquid i can buy to help? I don't want to use anything that would hurt his paint of course

I've found Testors enamel paint thinner works best for me. Let it sit on the sticker for 45 seconds to a minute and it'll soften the glue. It'll also cut any oil or grease without harming the plastic or the metal. (Although I'd be cautious on anything suspected of having GPS)

I have used those wipes you get for cleaning glass that have some mild alcohol or something in them, once the main bulk of the sticker is off they are great for rubbing away the sticky residue. I used them on all my G1 Dinbots and Ultra Magnus when I restored them. I also use them when I take those stupid Argos catalogue number stickers off of boxes.

I use WD40, weakens the glue so you can take the stickers off, plus, in my mind, all transformers would smell like WD40

just make sure you wipe all of it away before applying new stickers, otherwise, the new ones wont hold
