Deluxe Movie Scorpanok ponderings.....

On the back of deluxe class Scorpanok there is a hexagon shaped peg and then two holes of the same shape. Spinning these little wheels on Scorp makes his claws spin around, and the hexagonal peg spins as well. It makes me think of Armada Cyclonous and his minicon gimmick, which made me think. Is there any plan or otherwise for deluxe Scorpanok to attach to a larger, Voyager size figure, Blackout in particular, a la A-Cyclonous to make use of this spinning gimmick?
Just curious if anyone had knowledge.

Is that Voyageur class Blackout with Deluxe Scorponok? Or is that Deluxe Blackout and Deluxe Scorp?

I think Blackout only came in Voyager class. Anyway, I wonder if Blackout's rotor spinning gimmick will also activate Scorpionok's claw thing.

Voyager Blackout + Deluxe Scorponok = spinning rotor + spinning claws
