iGear Working On Black Trailer for MP01-B?

Wasting absolutely no time after the news that the black eHobby variant of Masterpiece Convoy, the Nemesis/Scourge homage, would be released in the first quarter of 2010, third party toy maker iGear has posted a color test, Photoshopped image to their site of what apparently is being considered as repaint of their upcoming TF0004 Trailer. Since there's no release date or pricing yet for their original trailer, it's unclear whether iGear has serious plans to release this update or their just soliciting feedback from fans before making their final decision.

Their updated blog post is here: http://www.igear.tf08.net/?p=20

Pretty cool-I just don't think any of iGear's bigger pieces will fit-literally-into my collection. This trailer is just too tall for my shelves. Still curious to see how much these trailers will ultimately cost.

Price dependent, of course, but if they are looking for feedback, I'm interested in this, thought not really the red stripe.

I'd prefer they color matched this:

Interesting. It would be good if they scaled it properly.

Why is it larger than the real MP trailer? And does it still not include Roller? I'd be interested in the Silver one if it came with Roller, but I'm sure it would probably be out of my price range.

Interesting. Dark blue with a "www.tfu.info" logo on the side is a brave choice. No historical precedent for it, but it's different and refreshingly new, I'll give you that.

(Psst.. you can't link directly to tfu.info' images. I think you're after this: http://www.tfu.info/2000/Cybertron/JAFConvoy/jafconvoy.htm)

Has iGear ever released a product? I think that by the time they release their first product, potential buyers would have given up on the waiting.

Who remembers the Image comic's "Pitt"? 6 months between issues 1 and 2, and lord only knows how long before issue 3 came out.

It was tragic... Pay attention iGear.
