Be careful when your order from these guys... I used to have a good experience until recently with them. I ordered an item that was "in stock" on their site.. A week later they tell me it's not in stock and to pick something else. I didn't want anything else, and decided to cancel my order as I had only ordered 1 other item and it's crazy to pay international shipping for a single item, IMO.

Long story short, I have a PayPal case opened with them. In the meantime, weeks later, they still have my $216.00...

I'm sure you'll get your money back HighPrime. I've had only good experiences in the past. It was probably just an error, maybe someone ordered the same item just before you so they got the last one. I'm pretty sure they're a reputable dealer.

Someone ordered the last Galaxy Force Exclusive Chromia w/DVD at the same time as me? Unlikely. In any case, I don't have a problem with the lack of stock, or a mistake; it happens... HOWEVER, I have a serious problem with hanging on to my money. That is not a mistake. That is a lax attitude and poor customer service. They can use a few lessons from BBTS on taking care of the customer. RobotKingdom has lot me forever.
