If the price point isn't too overblown I might pick this set up. I'll most likely end up selling the legends figures, but the idea of having an updated Hooligan mold is almost too hard to resist.

One of the aspects of the Transformers toyline that has evolved heavily over the past few years is the increasing amount of store exclusives. Major retail chains such as Target, Walmart, K-Mart and more seemingly churn out a growing number of store exclusives with each passing year.
One such example is the new Walmart exclusive "The Fury of Fearswoop" 3-pack which besides Fearswoop (a 2007 movie deluxe repaint of Dreadwing with colors similar to G2 Cyberjet Hooligan) also includes 2009 ROTF legends class versions of Mudflap and Sideswipe. We originally reported on this set
here but now we have obtained brand new images courtesy of Seibertron.com member Real Devastator and flickr user jrxcombinetrain. We have mirrored the following images below for your convenience. You may see the original post

good thing I don't have Sideswipe or Mudflap legends figures, so I'll def pick this one up when it releases.

I love what this mold looks like in jet mode, but the stupid lenshead always kills the figure for me.
One use I thought of maybe for this mold would have been Leader-1 of Gobots fame just like they did with Fracture/Crasher previously.
You could have done a very slight head remold on that one and it would have been an awesome Leader-1.

Like I said before, I want this because I'm collecting "lens-heads" for my regular TFs to beat up on. Hopefully, we'll see an actual Hooligan tribute down the way a bit...

Primus almighty. Couldn't they of picked one of the better jet molds to use for this? The Dreadwing/Overcast mold is.. well, I'm not a big fan of the HEYIHAVENOHANDS thing just for the sole fact that they felt the need to include some sort of spring-loaded weapon gimmick. Though I suppose this is just a way to get another use out of a mold from the first run, the same as we've seen repaints of Jazz, Longarm in another exclusive set, a repaint of that as Hoist...
Hey Hasbro, give us a repaint of a GOOD previous mold, like Dropkick! Or bloody fix the one thing that made Payload SUCK (the retard shaft sticking out his ass).
... That all said, I'll probably end up picking this up anyways if its not too much, if only for the Hooligan homage paint job, and the Cyberjets are one of my favorite all time figures.

Looks Great !!! I will definatally buy. (only for Fearswoop cause legends class is a joke) I see everyone is complaining about the orange color like they did with Sunstorm. Didnt it ever occur to you guys that it would be so boring if all the jets were the same black, white, and navy blue paint jobs ? I wish they would stay away from the camoflauge schemes, but I welcome a little brightness to my collection such as this guy, Acid Storm, Sunstorm and Divebomb.

I like it. The mold is ugly enough that the outlandish color scheme works really well.

I think the paint scheme is fine, it's a nice tiger stripe motif. It's the mold that I think is ugly. I understand the design behind the "drone" type lensheads but it just doesn't appeal to me. I'd love to have that paint scheme on a Breakaway mold.

I agree the mold kind of sucks. Thats why I keep them all side by side in jet mode. I always like the Mig fighter planes.

I'll only be getting if the price point is low. Like in all honesty, my opinion of the figure hasn't changed since the first time I've seen the combination, it's still just an orange blob.
