This is an exclusive toy by Million Hero Publishing, and can be pre-ordered with or without Transformers Generations 2009 Volume 1. It is already released in Japan on the 26th August 2009.

It's pretty darn cool! I'm afraid I won't be buying one because of the cost but also because, well, Ligier thinks he's too good for my collection, that upper class snob. The moment I turn my back, he'll just go invisible and escape my display table.
