ACToys Member Mickmon has found Universe Perceptor and the Insecticons at a Hong Kong Toys R US, this means that these figures should soon be avalable in North American stores.

Def getting Perceptor, since I missed the chance during G1 release.

I was hoping these would come out later towards the Christmas holidays. It would give me something to look forward to.
