Any help with this dual barreled cannon or gun? It's purple and yellow. Probably a WFC or Generations Selects part. I moved some detolfs at Seibertron HQ and couldn't place this part after putting Transformers back on shelves.

I'm not sure if it is for Transformers or not, but it actually looks like it was supposed to be a grappling hook to me, with possibly with the star shaped head having a hole where a string could go.
