Jizai toys has uploaded the images of the brand new Nano Scale Transformers - G1 Wheelie. Also features is the G1 Autobot triple changer - Springer. This range of products are made by Tomy Takara and the 2 figures are exclusively for the upcoming Wonder Festival. The size of the toys is approximately same as the (World's) Smallest Transformers. Wheelie transforms into futuristic car and Springer is a triple changer.

That Springer looks awesome! Is it the same size/design/figure as the WST one we saw a year or so back?

Anyone know how to get one!?

I have the other WST Springer Exclusive and IT IS AWESOME! I want this want to keep in the package...it actually has package art! Wheelie seems a bit too large. In fact, he does not seem shrunk much at all!

Basically, I lucked into on eBay.

I want mini-Springer!

But I don't see the point in the Wheelie. If it's really "about Legend size" then it's basically a crappier version of G1 Wheelie.

And what's that OP in the pic? Is that WST OP?

I think I remember seeing this as a Wonderfest exclusive for 2008 with Gold Bug, is that right?

Also, does anyone know if TFSource would carry something like this or would that be bigbadtoystore?

I updated the news story to state that these are about the same size as (World's) Smallest Transformers, not Legends class which are significantly larger. The Optimus Prime in the first photo is the Smallest Transformers version.

Man, I want these, where are these sold at? :-? I think this Wheelie is better than the actual G1 Wheelie.

I hate Wonderfest exclusives. They're usually awesome and always quite unattainable for the average collector. :( I totally want both of these...

The WST mold actually improves Wheelie by fixing his head. :APPLAUSE:

Pretty cool, but the paint apps, especially on Wheelie, are a little rough. Despite that, mini-Springer would be a nice figure to have.

They are the same thing as far as I know.

The Prime is just there for comparison. The Wheelie and Springer are new, perhaps called NANO because they are not SMALLEST toys, but a new extension.

You should change the "made by Takara/Tomy" to "licensed by Takara/Tomy", as my understanding is Jizai self-produces (just like many other KOs) and Takara grants them the one-day license that is customary for Wonderfest.

Saying these are manufactured by Takara gives an unreasonable expectation of quality, especially considering how expensive these are likely to be.

That aside, these look awesome. I wish Takara would pick up the ball they dropped on WST.

Wow, Wheelie's head sculpt is pretty good for the small scale. :)

It is isn't it? :???: Sure looks a lot better than the regular size toy version of him. However, I agree the white paint applicant could've been better.

Just a note that these were actually made by a very talented customizer called Gung's Borchitect that gets a 1-day license from TakaraTomy to sell their Nano TFs at Wonder Fest. The Springer is really something, and even took home a prize at this year's Botcon art and customs contest.

That's pretty sweet, I didn't even know that they can issue a 1day license.
