I got him from Walmart, site-to-store delivery.

There are two things that seem to be broken, unless it's supposed to be like this:

1. His head swivels easily from side to side, but it can't be posed facing to the side - it always swivels back to center.

2. When I press the button to make him talk, only one side of his chest lights up. Is one light broken, or is that supposed to be like his heart lighting up? (I didn't see the movie yet. I know, shame on me.)

And one last note: HOLY CRAP is he difficult to get tight in alt mode. It took me forever to get all the pieces lined up and snapped into place. Awesome figure, though! So epic.

For both questions, nothing wrong with yours.
It is suppose to be like that.
I went to toy shops and play with all Jetfire, all only light up one side.

Totally normal. According to tfwiki.net, his right LED was taken out to accommodate the hidden sound effects button on the rear of his alt mode.

It's completely normal, not to mention his voice isn't even from the movie.

Yeah, it's a great figure that, unfortunately, is weighed down by some significant issues. But I love the figure nonetheless!

Do we need two of these threads?
