k, well i want to know what is the best megatron figure that i could use as a classic figure.
i would plan on repainting it with a more g1 look.
i just got an armada bendy prime and love it. and i want a megatron to go with him.
so any1 suggestions on a good megatron that i should look for would be nice :]

I think the Henkei Megatron, who already have G1 colors is pretty much the only Megatron that is closer to G1 than G1 itself. Or the SG Megatron, simply because it has the Energon body and G1 like head.

Without a doubt, Henkei. No repaint needed.

Henkei Megatron +1
It's a contemporary version of the classic incarnation.
The gun isn't a real gun but that's due to gun and toy issues.
The figure, though, has a lot of design choices that homage the G1 character design.
It's the way to go for your criteria.

Wonder why Classics Megatron didn't get this color? Of course it's a gun, it's a nerf gun.

Classics Megatron's colour scheme was an odd choice. It seems like it's homaging G2 Megatron, which is fine, but still an odd choice. I actually like the Classics colour scheme for Megatron but unless I have the money to buy both that and the Henkei version, I'm choosing the Henkei.

I want the Henkei version, but since I alrdy have the Classics version it's not really on my most wanted list atm.

Oh and another good point about Henkei Megatron is that it has chrome applied decently, hehe.

Hehe, I know what you mean, some chrome applications were completely random. I think I would take those gun covers / wings off of Henkei Megatron to make him look less kibble.

Yeah, there's a single flat head pin you can remove, and they become optional. I haven't done it to my Henkei Megs, yet, but I did it to my Classics Megs. When you transform him to gun mode, you just fold it over the figure and you're done.

Yup yup. I've seen someone remove the wing parts to display their Classics Megatron and it looks pretty cool.

Gonna try it today on my Classics, thanks.
