What for? You can buy directly on amazon.co.jp. Why pay more?... Check the thread about that, where I wrote the answer that amazon.co.jp gave me regarding international pre-orders for the DVD with yellow and black leader class Optimus Prime. They are indeed accepting international orders for that one and they explained why.

$214.99 for some dirty-up pegwarmer figures? Thanks but no thanks.

Hmm, I was thinking of something more nifty when I heard about the Desert repaints.

You have got to be kidding me..
For that price I'd expect my DVD to be gold plated along with the Jar-Jar twins being slightly dirty.

Even though these are exclusives they should not be $214.99 for both. I'd say a more reasonable price would be somewhere between $119.99 to $159.99.

Uhhhh. I was interested in these two at first because they were exclusives, but the price tag just nuked me out of the water so I think I'll pass.

Even at that price, they're expensive. If people won't pay $99.99 for Supreme Devastator what makes them think they'll shell out $214.99 for this?

Heck, just leave em' out to collect dust (at least that's all I would have to do anyway)

Points taken, but I rather spend that on the red-face Takara Devastator.

I won't deny having friends in Japan helps tremendously; for this item it's not necessary ;-) Amazon JP pages translates in English. I setup an account and pre-ordered the Blu-ray version without any problems. So glad I won't have to turn to the secondary market for this, and there's a chance the price will go down between now and the time of release thanks to Amazon Pre-Order Price guarantee.

Now all we need is for Hasbro to accounce a "Premium" version of this mold with the exact paint job for $44.99. That would be perfect! #-o

Back on topic. Pass on these. Old hat, but I can't get past the disfigured head molds on these guys, let alone the 'dirt.'
