S250 (via yizhi of tf08) has provided the out of the package image of upcoming Transformers Revenge of the Fallen NEST Global Alliance - Dirge.
Dirge is a brand new toy and has similar paint scheme to his Generation 1 counterpart.

Does anyone know if his missle launchers detach and can be used as weapons?

Pretty. It's good some sleek lines. The product photos we've seen before looked more royal blue, but this looks sort of teal.

Nice! I can't wait to see it on bot mode.

I am a bit leery of the huge missiles, they seem a bit oversized for the jet, more like bombs.

Actually, there's a plane quite similar to this mold, not exactly, but pretty close. In my opinion anyway..

I wonder if we will get a different head and a Slingshot repaint? Slingshot was a Harrier.

I am in two minds about this, this is an obvious G1 homage with the colour scheme, conehead, and you can see from these pics the guns attach on the elbows. But I also think it is rather too heavily movie-styled to fit into my Classics collection, and those guns are BIG. I am trying to visualise it with some blue paint on the fake-chest cockpit and around the sides of the head...

This looks spectacular. The best part is it's both an homage and its own character.

Sounds like I'm one of the only people who isn't feeling this mold. I think it's the head-looks too much like the 1970's BSG character Lucifer for my tastes...

I also think SlingShot when I see the jet mode, but after seeing it in Robot Mode, wondering if there'll be a repaint in the Universe (or successor line) for Armada Thrust. Robot mode is very similar (and improved). No matter, I'll pick up this mold as many times as they repaint it. Very nice

Very nice alternate mode. The detailing on the robot mode is a freaking mess. I'm also not fond of that shade of blue.

The only thing i dont like about dirge is the face. it just doesnt look like a Dirge face. But other than that it looks like an awesome figure.

I dislike this mold so much.....

Alt mode, Ok, just the missiles are too big and animatedy for my taste..... pretty much everything about it is beautiful.

Robot. - What a piece of junk!! its a lump of crap! On his legs, there is half of a plane JUST ON HIS LEGS. Seriously.. The missles and jet parts are too much but if you take them off his legs are TWIGS. look. His face is way to big, and his face is so unappealing in so many ways. It should have been at least blue instead of that random black... ok and.. its back AGAIN, a stubby arm. His one arm has a cockpit on one side while the other is a stubby ar., they should have made the cockpit split into two.

Looks to be the best jet mold since Classic Starscream, lovin' it.

I hope the actual colour of the thing is blue not teal.

Imagine this mold getting a new head and Slingshot's colors!

We may get a color/character homage, but it's likely that like several others (Fracture, Skyfall, ect) it won't actually be -named- Slingshot. Another case of can't license the name, which is why they had to use Airazor for the Superion set.

I could see a homage appearance-wise and given one of their other jet names like Wind Sheer or Jetstorm. Just hopefully not Windbreaker.
