Well don't know what to say about this, except that with the fiery burning orange colors it does make detail in the head/face detail look a bit more menacing, especially with the original Fallen and the Burning Fallen side by side. I say wait until the day after Thanksgiving (black Friday) he should be on sale or maybe clearanced at some Targets. I'm sure Target knows they got hosed on this exclusive and it will keep the shelves very warm on Christmas holiday this year.
Final thought: if he's $10.00 to $15.00 i'll buy him and keep him imprisoned in the hexagonal chamber, just like Deep space starscream i have..

Not so sure about this, I think I like the darker version better even if this ones does look more menacing on some bodyparts ( head, for example ).
But definitely fits the season, reminds me of Halloween

I have only seen one Target exclusive ever make it to a week on the shelves in my area - G1 Movie Starscream. I'll jump on this when I see it. But now I'm really going to find a second Robovision Prime to keep MISB with the Fallen and Deep Space Starscream.

Yay on both galleries! Though, is "burning" the official name or a fan-coined name?

Amen Razorclaw0000! when Deep space SS hit my target he stuck around for a week or maybe a week and a half, but thats it! I think i will have to pick this up and add him to my MISB collection.

You know, I was excited about this thing before, but I'm starting to think it looks crappy in comparison to the original.

I didn't like the mold before but I might pick it up. Just because he looks so Halloweeny now.
I'll have to see if I can score a little pumpkin for him.

Target Exclusive? There's a rediculous amount of these in every Smyhts I've been in recently in Ireland. As for the toy itself: meh. Never liked it anyway and the bright orange ain't exactly changing my mind about it

Almost got him but decided not to. They should retool it like Recon Ironhide with his staff at least.. not just repaint.

I gotta play the devil's advocate here...
First of all, I love the orange...I bought Sunstorm, Fearswoop, and Divebomb because a collection of Decepticons shouldnt always have to be black, blue, purple, etc. That is so boring. Any nobody ever complained about G1 Wheelie being a bright orange or Sunstreaker being bright yellow. And with the new colors the figure does look a little like the character "Pumpkinhead" but that was one bad ass movie so Im not complaining. I bought the Fire Megatron from Target and I think this guy will look great next to him. And this time they did us a favor by not packing him with a deluxe or legends class figure just to raise up the price.

Fan-coined. "Burning" doesn't appear anywhere on the packaging, it's just "The Fallen"

Only reason I'd be interested in this version is to swap out the clear red plastic on the original for the clear orange on this one.
