New Images of RPM Jetfire

Seibertron.com member S250 shows us images of Robot Powered Machines Jetfire. While Jetfire's alternate mode seems to be scaled down properly to Hot Wheels size, his Robot mode has no arms. Take a look at the pictures below.
Jetfire is seen with RPM Barricade and RPM Optimus Prime, which you can see in Seibertron.com's galleries.

However they did fit in a very tiny decepticon symbol thing, so its not all bad. (looks at the armless joe) ehhhhh.... its bad.

It's also possible we're not seeing the whole figure? Maybe the arms fold out from somewhere.

Um...RPM's don't transform. Think of a TF looking Hot Wheels car but with an imprint of the character on the underside of the car
