I have to say it is a toss up between energon optimus prime who is for all intents and purposes a power ranger reject. The other one is Sideswipe from transformers armada also know in cybertron as Runamuck.

Cybertron Backstop
G1 Grandus
G1 Staxx.

Don't own a one, and if I had a gun to my head and was forced to buy them, they'd be gone the second the gun was clear.

Easy. It used to be Action Master Inferno that I bought new as a kid, did not realize what I was doing wrong that he would not transform...almost made me cry, that did.

Now, it would be a tie: Both protoform SS and Prime from the film.

What pieces of s*** these are. Even a blind, horny, eppileptic mule with a fetish for rocklords would hate these.

I have never felt so ripped off, buying a TF, ever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

That's because they're not Rocklords, they're Turdlords.

I actually like the Protoforms, and E Prime and A Sidesipe. That's just me though.

As far as bad one, probably the European G2 Powermasters, those sucked.

I don't see how anybody could be disappointed by them. It's pretty clear from the packaging (and everything on this site) what they are and what the purchaser is getting. I don't really see why YFG said he was "ripped off".

Mmm, they look like Deluxe sized pieces of poop to me. However, I shall reserve judgement for everything movie related till I watch the movie. I am not buying any movie toys till after that date. That way, w/e I get will be because they represent the character to me, and not because it was sitting on a shelf in a store.

Now then, if the protoforms look like Deluxe pieces of poop in the movie, I will buy them and love them. :-P

To each there own some people love the protoforms and energon optimus prime and armada sideways. I just look at the protoforms and can't help but think oh my it a giant clear plastic turd and in the case of starscream a brown chocolete turd.

Of the figures I own, it is Cybertron Runamuck. Armada Smokescreen is a close second though.

The Protoforms arent great figures either, but at least they have decently posable robot modes. I also believe that the Protoforms will be pushed into 2nd on many peoples lists by the Movie Scorponok figure that "Transforms" by tilting itself up backwards.

Classics minicon Snarl- his left arm is a tiger's butt. And in order to try and remedy the problem they let you twist his leg round a bit so it looks like crippled tiger's butt. Plus, the instructions tell you to raise the tail up in the air so it's a crippled tiger's butt that's about to take a dump.

He's an embarrassment, he really is.

Overbite and Dreadwing are cool though :)

Agreed Leo. It's not as if the Protoforms are being advertised as anything other than what they are. I understand people not liking them but being disappointed by them I think is a little strong. Disappointment is hoping for an Attaktix Megatron and not getting one in your blind pack, or Attaktix in general.
I also agree that Deluxe Scorpanoks' 'robot' mode will take the movie toy let down cake. If you thought the Pretenders had **** transformations, wait until you get a load of this one.....

For my picks, I'll say BM Nightscream, Cyb Backstop, any and all Minicons, any version of the G1 Blast off mold that has camoflague paint (who needs a camoed space shuttle?????), and the Energon Autobot deluxe combinations.

Really? It's a good job I only have the Deluxe one, then. Why's the Leader so bad?

I only owned the supercon with Over-Run, so I can't understand why the bigger version with trailer could be so bad

Leader version has less poseabilty thanks to the electronic wires in the leg.

I prefer the bigger one. It's the deluxe size ones with the punching action that I really don't like.

Leader lack of detail, lack of articulation. The grill comes off easaly. The plastik isn't ass good as the deluxe. The "tower" in his trailer falls apart if you look at it. The minicrap*****con falls apart. Need more?

My Deluxe one doesn't really have a punching action. It's more of a shimmy. More of a gesture.

But Scorponok's alt mode is sweet.
