That looks really cool.
I wish the 'white lightning' effects were lost.
I'd probably buy it if it weren't for that. :/

The paint job and front bumper look kinda cheap. Looks like something I'd do with a silver sharpie considering I have very little artistic skill...

Is that the final head mold of recon ironhide, the painting as well? I noticed it's different from the one that GenZhao having.

Yeah, that's the final head mold. The one that wasn't had Red eyes.

I love the guns but wont buy cause I hate the lightning bolt paintjob. I bought the 2007 movie Ironhide and havent bought a repaint since because of his feet. Unless you have him standing at attention (boring pose) his feet cannot be flat on the ground. Any cool pose you try to display him, its like he is standing on the inside edge of his feet to an extreme angle. Most figures dont have this defect. It just looks dumb.

I really like this fig. I will probably end up snaggin it soon. I wish we could get it in Red tho
And as for the lightning bolts ( I dont like em either) it looks like just silver stripes on black plastic so you can likely use rubbing alcohol and a q-tip and just rub the stripes off without damaging the fig.

Wish they would just sell a pack of those guns. I'd just buy a whole bunch of them to arm the Transformers I already have. I have a decent gun for Classics Onslaught, but there are plenty of other figures that could stand to have more teeth.
One pack just for Animated Swindle, because it would be funny.

WOW! Recon Ironhide looks really awesome! I just bought ROTF Ironhide about a week ago for $13.00 because Meijers has voyager class figures on sale, but after looking at this i'm ready to return ROTF Ironhide and get the Recon version...much much better and i wish the lightning stripes wasn't there and wish he was red! but the new head sculpt and the mass weapons makes up for it though. BOUGHT!
