Another Video Review of Leader Starscream

If GenZhao's video review of Starscream wasn't enough to wet your appetite for Leader Starscream, then perhaps a review from Youtuber Peaugh will do it. Peaugh goes over transformation, articulation, and comparisons to other figures. Nothing new that is revealed compared to GenZhao's review, as both Starscreams reviewed have no electronics. Thus, we have yet to see the complete Leader Starscream in pictures or video. Check out the thirteen minute review embed on this news post, or directly on Youtube.

I have to have this figure. Starscream isn't even my favorite character but the figures they make for him are amazing! This one is definately the best though (ok it's second to Masterpiece Starscream). I must own this.

I just hope the release version has two missiles as promised. For balance in jet mode more than his weapon. Hope his legs are a bit stronger for less than perfectly balanced poses.

LOVE how the speech is a simple button I won't accidentally press breathing on it. Was that so hard Hasbro? I just hope the isn't some transforming joint based sound anyway.

Other than that: SQWEEEEEEEEE!!!!! =P~

Nice review as always Peaugh, :APPLAUSE:
it's really nice and clear in this video too, making it all the easier to enjoy watching, and easier to see the figure's details.

That was the voyager Starscream combined with Megatron, not the leader class.

I for one am sold on this figure by simple fact of the arm gimmicks alone. The figure has many great points going for it, but those simple pop out weapons with slide-away arm panels just blew me away. Great addition.

The figure looks very fun. The transformation isn't complicated but is involved enough to be enjoyable. I like the arm weapon gimmicks but I'm liking the colours of the switches. I'm not a fan of the movie Starscream design but the Leader class figure has good proportions and I thnk the legs look good. It's a bit big in robot mode for scale when compared to Leader OP but it's great in alt mode.

I usually try not to gush over figures as to not give scalpers any ideas, but that is awesome. I've been dying to see a leader class Starscream since I saw the first movie, and that looks better than I expected. I may even buy the repaints.

In real life, wouldn't a Raptor fighter jet be bigger than a Peterbilt truck? If so, then shouldn't Starscream be larger than Optimus? In RotF he kinda is a little anyway.

By the way, how is it that these prototypes get leaked out?

And someone mentioned a new designer for these leader class figures? Any specific names I should google up?

Man...this review makes me want it. I've never been a fan of Starscream's new look, but that is one nice figure. The hands are still pretty ugly, but an improvement over any previous versions. The only thing stopping me is the tattoos. :( Otherwise, the coloring is passable as far as traditional colors go. Now I'm kind of hoping they repaint it...

Yup, a Raptor should be bigger than a Peterbilt and I remember reading some height stats of the movie characters where Starscream is a few feet taller than OP. However, maybe it's due to the camera angles and the way that Starscream is perpetually hunched over in the movies, he just looks shorter than OP.

looks like he'll be well worth the wait! I'm not gonna wait for premium repaints, gonna go for the 1st release -if i can find it. Definitely pre-order worthy. Thx mr. peaugh
