America: Fortress Maximus
Europe: Overlord
Japan: Black Zarak or Victory Leo-Star Saber (?)
Exclusives: Good Question...
Limited Runs: G2 Protectobots and Stunticons (as remember, some of them were sold for 3-4000$)

Actually I think that the Dino mini cassettes are the priciest to get
I've seen 'em on ebay sell from 800-1000 EACH

2. Black Ultra Magnus (RID) - $????? (Super valuable)
3. Ice Blue Ultra Magnus (Overload)(Armada/Micron Legend) - $700
4. Some Lucky Draw figures
5. Anything stated in Previous posts.
I don't see one that would be the "most" valuable...all depends on how much you are willing to pay, and how much the seller wants to sell it for.

I would say the White Headmaster Heads would be up there, I think they go for a few thousand each. The most expensive TF figure I know of sold is G1 Unicron Prototype for around $14,000.
