I recently got MP skywarp from walmart. I love this guy, but the only thing that bothers me is the strips of plastic on his hips.. Is there any tutorial how to fix it just like in peaughs video?

That mod is going to have serious balance issues. I removed the balls from his hips (it really frees up his hips so he can actually move them!) and left the parts attached to his legs. You'll need to spread his feet a little (makes him look more dramatic) and maybe angle the fin-parts to allow his feet to work but it looks ok and leaves him very stable, way more stable than the mod posted above.
