Nope. Only BotCon exclusives are official as the convention is partially organised by Hasbro, with Fun Publications doing the rest. Exclusives for other conventions like Cyb-Con or Dairycon are not licensed, or even sponsored by Hasbro. As such, they're not made in factories but are, in essence, hand-made customs. Poor guy...
